The video clip was released just two days after the album's release. In the video, it shows Lil Peep having a "girlfriend" in high school. At the end, he catches the girl kissing another boy on the neck. At that moment he becomes furious and the school catches fire. In the end, he represents both the girl and himself in a fierce abyss of hell, in which, somehow, they meet again.

This was the song that broke the friendship between Lil Peep and Tracy Minaj since it was revealed how Tracy wrote most of the song but was only featured for some seconds in the music video.

Lil Peep died on November 15, 2017, just three months after the video's release. It was all due to an overdose of Xanax while riding his tour bus in Tucson, Arizona, where his last show was scheduled.

For us this is a way of paying homage to him and showing what his music and his characteristic music videos really were. We hope you like it as much as we do, and if you didn't know it, we recommend that you listen to it!

"Awful Things" was included as the third track on Lil Peep debut studio album Come Over When You're Sober, Pt. 1. The aesthetics of the video clip is characterized by pastel colors during most of the viewing, but also by that darker part accompanied by neon colors that represent the scene in which Lil Peep and the girl finally get intimate.

An example is the scene that today we have included in one of the profile stories, where that mystery in which you can hardly see their faces is what makes the video clip more interesting and we wanted to show it through colors, what What better do we do?
